Danny started racing in the late 70’s and competed in his first pro national at Red Bud in 1984. He was injured in a racing accident on September 23rd, 1989 rendering him a quadriplegic. He’s the ultimate authority on Indiana MX and can easily be found at Red Bud and Ironman by the crowd of people bench-racing with him. He’s known and admired for his positive attitude.
Danny suffered a stroke this spring and had fought his way almost completely back when another stroke hit him in June. This fund was started because he’s in a nursing home and not getting the rehab and care he needs to get better.
